At Intym, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and product integrity. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

1. No Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Opened or used items

This policy ensures that every customer receives products that meet strict hygiene and safety standards.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To request assistance, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at intymmanagement@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

3. Resolution Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the situation.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Items reported after the 48-hour window
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use or storage of products

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
